  6. Turn left into a north facing Left Foot Forward Cat Leg Stance and execute Left Middle Inner Forearm Block.
  7. Step forward (north) into a Right Front Stance and execute a Right Spearhand Middle Strike. The pullback hand is a fist.
  8. Pivot into a south facing Left Front Stance while rotating the spearhand counterclockwise 180 degrees (thumb side of spearhand downward). Your right arm should still be extended northward as though someone had grabbed it.
  9. Turn counterclockwise into an east facing Shiko Tachi (left foot north) and execute a Left Inner Elbow Strike plus Left Bottom Fist Strike to the north.
  10. Step northward into a Right Front Stance and execute a Right Middle Same Side Thrust with Keyii.

  11. Turning counterclockwise, move the left foot into a south facing Musubi Tachi. Both hands should be fists placed such that the index finger is resting at belt level, palms facing backward and elbows out to the side.
  12. Step forward (south) with the right foot into an east-facing Shiko Tachi. Execute a Right Elbow Block followed by a Right Back Fist Strike to the south, immediately returning the fist to the waist.
  13. Step south with the left foot into a west-facing Shiko Tachi. Execute a Left Elbow Block followed by a Left Back Fist Strike to the south, immediately returning the fist to the waist.
  14. Step south with the right foot into an east-facing Shiko Tachi. Execute a Right Elbow Block followed by a Right Back Fist Strike to the south, this time leaving the right arm extended.
  15. Step south with the left foot into a Left Front Stance and execute a Left Middle Same Side Thrust to the south.

  16. Move the right foot forward into a Yoi Tachi and immediately turn counterclockwise, sliding to the west into a north facing Yoi Tachi. You should dip slightly as you move from Yoi Tachi to Yoi Tachi. As you achieve Yoi Tachi, look over your left shoulder and execute a Right Fist Strike over your left shoulder along with a Left Rear Elbow Strike. These strikes are intended to be used against someone holding you from behind.
  17. Moving the right foot first, shift to the east into another north facing Yoi Tachi. You should dip slightly as you move from Yoi Tachi to Yoi Tachi. As you do so, look over your right shoulder and execute a Left Fist Strike over your right shoulder along with a Right Rear Elbow Strike and Keyii. These strikes are intended to be used against someone holding you from behind.
  18. Slide slightly west into a final Yoi Tachi facing north.
